Crash Replacement
Accidents happen sometimes. Crashing is bad enough, but it’s even worse when you damage your beloved bike. If you should ever damage your Oak in an accident, we want to support you in being back on the saddle as quickly and 'wallet-friendly' as possible.
Therefore we offer a 25% discount on your replacement frame or bike.
Terms and Conditions
1. The crash replacement policy applies to products bought from Oak within the warranty period of the product.
2. Shipping the crashed goods is at your expense. We strongly recommend using a signed-for service, as it is your responsibility to ensure the goods get to us.
3. You must be able to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or email receipt).
4. The replacement offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
5. Only genuine claims will be accepted (our decision on whether a claim is genuine is final).
6. Normal wear and tear, or damage due to misuse do not apply.
7. You will receive a discount code valid for the purchase of a replacement article of the same description and cost - in the event of the item being out of stock we will allow you to use the discount on a similar item.
8. The discount cannot be used with any other offer or promotion, including items on sale.
9. Please email us with your order number and a photo of your damaged product to make a claim.

Warranty
Oak offers a five-year extended manufacturer guarantee against manufacturer's defects on all bicycle frames in addition to the legally required two-year warranty and a two-year warranty against manufacturer's defects on all forks.
Warranty
2 Years from date of delivery for original owner;
Reduced to 1 year from date of delivery for second owner;
Valid for manufacturing and material defects on the frame and fork only;
Costs of returning goods covered by us.
Extended Guarantee
Valid for Oak Frames;
5 years from date of delivery;
Only valid for original owner;
Valid for manufacturing and material defects only;
Cost of shipping, customs and rebuilding shall be covered by the customer.
The guarantee does not include damage to the paintwork or discolouration, nor does it include derailleur hangers or bearings that aren’t part of the frame such as the headset or bottom bracket.
The guarantee does not cover manufacturer defects resulting from wear and improper use or assembly or lack of maintenance and care.
